Redeemer is switching our online giving platform from Subsplash Giving to Planning Center Giving. This is good news as the change will result in less expensive transaction fees and more seamless contribution reports. Thank you for your patience and diligence in making this change with us.
Please follow these instructions to (1) remove any recurring giving payments and unlink your bank account from Subsplash and (2) set up your new giving account in Planning Center.

Cancel/Stop Subsplash Recurring Gifts

1. Navigate to https://secure.subsplash.com/ui/access/VZTDK8/

2. Click on the profile icon in the top right of the screen.

3. If you are not signed in, sign in with the email and password used for your initial sign up.

4. Upon sign-in, select Recurring Gifts from your profile menu.

5. Select the gift(s) you would like to discontinue and select Remove.

Unlink Bank Account for Recurring and One-Time/Manual Giving in Subsplash

1. Navigate to https://secure.subsplash.com/ui/access/VZTDK8/

2. Click on the profile icon in the top right of the screen.

3. If you are not signed in, sign in with the email and password used for your initial sign up.

4. Upon sign-in, select Payment Methods from your profile menu.

5. Select the bank accounts you would like to discontinue and select Unlink account.

Setup Planning Center Giving

1. To get to the Planning Center Login Page, go to redeemerwh.org/give

2. Click the Give Now button towards the bottom of the page

3. Under the Donate/Give, select the Fund from the drop down and enter Dollar Amount.

4. Select Frequency - either One Time or Regularly (If you choose Regularly, you can choose how often and when to start the first donation.)

5. Enter your Email

6. Click the Continue button.

7. Under Use a New Payment Method select Bank Account or Debit Card and enter the relevant information.

Note: ACH has a processing fee of $0.25 vs 2.15% + $0.30 for cards. Redeemer automatically covers the fee unless the donor chooses to do so. 

For Bank Account linking you will have 2 options for verification:

  • Online Banking Login (via large banking institutions)
  • Micro-Deposit Verification (takes 3-5 business days for processing)

Once the bank account is verified, you can make a donation from that bank account. However, until that bank account is verified by logging in or through micro-deposit verification, that bank account will not show as an option to choose when giving.

8. Once you've given, you'll be taken to the confirmation page.
